Sunday was Joel & my anniversary. He bought Maegan and I earrings. Her mouth in this picture cracked me up! The back already fell off one of them! Thankfully, we didn't lose the bling! The last backs she had were awesome and kept her earrings in, but were literally digging into her earlobes. Makayla hasn't gotten her ears pierced just yet. It's on the to-do list!
Makayla in one her favorite spot in the toy room...the books. She loves pulling all of them out. Her second favorite place is the toy kitches set. She defitinetly plays better by herself! This girl needs the shirt that says" does not play well with others!" Her top two teeth have broken through! She is done with baby food pretty much! She wants big girl food! If you don't give it to her, she won't eat!

Oh man have we had earring drama in the last month! I put some backs on so tight(since so many fell off!) that they did get into the backs of her ears(the skin grew over the backs) and I had to take her to the dr. to have them removed. It was AWFUL!! The dr. figured she'd have to have them repierced down the road. But, they healed amazingly fast(she had a good bit of tissue that was damaged and so I thought it would take much longer) and she is able to wear earrings again. But, I will make sure the backs aren't on tight. So, just make sure you twist them around and check the backs every day.
